Pâté Chinois Québécoise

All I knew was the bus had stopped and the driver kicked me off. No problem, I didn't have any luggage, just half a pack of Camels in a paper bag with my harmonica. That and a hat. Seemed I still had a few bucks, so I went into the really bright place right there, to see if maybe I could get a cup of whatever they called coffee. A few years later, just after the twins were born, my wife showed me where somebody had written that my Pâté Chinois Québécoise was maybe four stars or something. I guess everybody likes Shepherd's pie.
