As a non-Christian American, I am confused. How is an AR-15 lapel pin different from wearing the Cross?

Don't misunderstand — I think those lapel pins are disgusting and sad. Are the GOP implying that all the people who have been killed by semi-automatic weapons are martyrs?

If I started wearing a pendent that was a little guillotine to scale, representing the many hundreds of years’ fight against the elites, would the GOP be outraged?

What if I mailed a pair of red gloves to every GOP in Congress? Think they would understand the meaning?
