Call Republicans what they are — Economic Terrorists [1]

Why don’t Democrats call these assholes what they actually are — economic terrorists? Nonstop. Everyday. No exceptions. None of this “hostage business” which almost conveys a sense of “they outsmarted the Dems”. Not extreme, because that doesn’t do it Justice.

Consistent and loud, perfectly clear messaging, every day. By everyone. two simple words that everyone understands. Wouldn’t change anything substantively of course, given how batshit nuts today’s Republican Party is. And we should have been doing this for the last couple of weeks as this has come to a head. But it could tweak public perception of this fiasco. It would also have the added benefit of being true, and would put the Administration on the moral high ground, simply complying with the long-standing American policy of not negotiating with terrorists.
