G7 Summit: "We will continue to aid Ukraine from hereon out." (NHK)

The G7 Summit in Hiroshima ended on May 21. The G7 leaders decided to continue to sanction Russia and to aid Ukraine. And then they said their goal was, "a world without nuclear weapons." Afterwards, India and other countries not attending the G7 Summit held their own conference. They decided to cooperate in order to solve problems like food and energy. Ukrainian President Zelensky came to Japan and attended meetings on topics like peace. Prime Minister Kishida spoke with Zelensky alone. And then sent things like JSDF trucks and told him it would assist Ukraine from now on. Prime Minister Kishida wants to stop the Russian invasion of Ukraine and continue reducing the amount of nuclear weapons.
