Must surrender tomorrow in Miami. It appears this was done by the Miami grand jury.

Details still breaking, but supposedly seven counts related to handling of classified documents and obstruction of justice. No word yet if Espionage is included.

It appears one of the charges involves violation of § 793f of the Espionage Act at 18 USC 793. That provision reads:
