Sunday Morning Open Thread: Music for Our Fathers [1]

Good morning, one and all. And a happy Father’s Day to all you Dads out there.

Morning Open Thread is a daily, copyrighted post from a host of editors and guest writers. We support our community, invite and share ideas, and encourage thoughtful, respectful dialogue in an open forum.

I tried to find some songs from daughters to their fathers. I tried to make my music roughly half and half. Sadly, most of songs I found were a bit too sappy for my tastes. If anyone can find some please feel free to post them in the comments.
