Street Prophets Friday: Up, up and away! (photo diary) [1]

Hello, my fuzzy fritters! I've got another little batch of photos to share from yet another little adventure. Just a short jaunt in an airplane with Fabulous Mother-In-Law to launch this community open thread.

As usual, all are welcome here. All subjects are welcome here. And I'll be around at my usual odd times to check on things and make sure we haven't run out of cointreau.

Fabulous Mother-In-Law has developed something of a mania for airplanes lately. For her last two birthdays we've bought her a ticket for a sightseeing flight. This time she requested a flight over Prague— and no, such sightseeing flights don't exist for mere mortals. So we went over the map with the pilot and found a route that skirted the eastern edge of the city. I'd never been to this tiny airport before.

There had been hot weather and thunderstorms recently, it was a rather turbulent half hour in the air.

We flew over a number of places that Fabulous Mother-In-Law has walked around, but we didn't really see the big city. Not the historic center at least. I suppose we see it often enough from the ground.
