The one where I tell the future ... [1]

I am about to tell you the future. Not predict it, but tell you what will absolutely happen.

The difference between Democrats and Republicans is boundaries. Don’t want to allow a president to nominate a Judge for the Supreme Court? Refuse to allow it to happen because “We will not entertain a new supreme court nominee during an election year”. Four years later, “we will put forth a new nominee immediately (six weeks before a general election).

No boundaries. Hypocrisy without embarrassment or explanation.

Impeach a president? Lying about a blowjob is cause to impeach, inciting a coup or blackmailing the president of another country is not.

Democrats do not do this. Modern day gerrymandering (southern democrats used it effectively pre-FDR to stop blacks from utilizing any voting power, along with the Jim Crow Laws) was started by the convicted criminal Tom Delay in Texas. The democrats have tried and are trying, but they continue to have difficulty with the ethical dilemma of denying votes (they tend to go for equal representation).

Democrats also are unable to use racism, sexism, homophobia as a tool to divide because… well, it’s wrong and evil. Republicans have zero problem destroying peoples lives in the name of power.

Now here is where I tell you the future. Democrats, even if they regain the house, will NOT expand the supreme court. Biden won’t do it, and, like in the past, democrats were afraid of multiple ‘nuclear options’ backfiring on them (and when republicans came into power, they did exactly what the democrats were afraid of anyway). But I absolutely guarantee you that, when the Republicans get the trifecta of a President, regain the Senate (very likely in 2024), and keep the house (mostly because of their clear gerrymandering advantages in states like Florida and Texas), they will PREEMPTIVELY expand the Supreme court to pack it even further. Trump accidentally said it a few days ago. There is no reason to wait for someone to die or resign — just do exactly what the Democrats were afraid to do because the Republicans might do the same thing.

They have no integrity. They are controlled by a small minority of wealthy .5 percenters. They have no boundaries.

Democrats often stop at the precipice. Republicans always say “Hold my beer”.
