Kos new and annoying pop-up [1]

I am an avid reader of all the material produced by contributors and Kos Staff (Bravo). I make a monthly contribution to support the site. I post occasionally. My primary viewing technology is an iPad Mini.

Lately, when reading a post/article an annoying pop up appears and floats and partly blocks the text I am reading. The odd thing about these annoying “floaters” is that they are promoting articles that I have already read, or will read in a little while.

Advertising our own stuff in this annoying way serves no purpose I can see, and I wish it would stop.

Anybody else plagued by this?
