WHY Trump DIES in prison [1]

Any number of persons continue to write, opine and suggest, but not hope, that DJ Trump, the corrupt 45th U.S. president will evade accounting for his many crimes which will not be listed here. Likely the same number of people don’t like long articles. I’ll use small words. Be short.

Rule of Law is bedrock for any democracy. The very core tenants of democracy are: Right to participate in ‘fair’ elections, All votes be counted, Free of tampering, Or undue challenge, or attempted corruption -as seen in our last presidential election. It is IMPERATIVE the Rule be be applied firmly and followed exactingly.

The Justice Department and Prosecutors keenly know this: WE are at a moment where the Nation is in peril, where corruption of the presidential election was attempted for the first time. It should be understood that everyone in Justice knows this moment is crucial to a continuing United Stated under a Constitution with 50 States.

Every judge in America is aware of tensions tearing at our 247 years old experiment. It also comes during critical challenges for humanity while authoritarianism and war spread across our planet. There are some stinkers on the Federal bench who attempt to use their positions to untether basic rules of how democracies work. They are outliers.

These core facts compel all Judges, Prosecutors and participants in our legal system to exercise loyalty to democratic principles our oaths REQUIRE of us. This certitude plays out in one Grand Jury after another in cases bringing charges against Donald J. Trump. These impartial jurists agree on proved facts that Trump is corrupt, dishonest and behaved with criminal intent. It is such jurors who will be making decisions of fact in his trials, and applying law accordingly.

While Judges have opinions, they are bound by oath and duty to follow their obligations to this nation which they swore to defend and protect. You. I. And those jurors are bound by this commonality.

When the overwhelming proof of criminality and requisite intent are proved, the system will hold. Not because our options are bleak but as a consequence of our faith to carry out our obligations. THIS is what prosecutors will be telling juries. He will be convicted. His sentence will be governed by laws applicable to all of us. He will be imprisoned and not leave alive.
