New Ad: Ron's Gone Wrong ... On Slavery [1]

His campaign is floundering. Trump’s been indicted again. So, why do an ad on Ron DeSantis?

Here’s a few simple reasons:

First, although his poll numbers are shrinking, he’s still polling best of all Trump’s challengers. So, if Trump, for some reason can’t run, Ron’s the most likely candidate to jump to the top spot.

Second, even if Ron loses, and loses badly, many will still see him as a potential candidate in the future. We don’t want him to ever run again … for anything. We want him to leave this race too damaged to ever think about taking on this challenge again.

And, third, his position on slavery. That one really should be enough. We simply cannot let a candidate of his prominence get away with such a position.

Meanwhile, we had some comments on our last ad:

Jennifer Lawrence Ridicules Trump

Some were skeptical about doing such an ad. But it’s outperformed our expectations across all platforms. And, most importantly, it hasn’t topped out yet.

Plus, it’s receiving stronger numbers with 18-34 demo. A group we want to reach … early and often.

There are going to be a lot of ways to get the message out over the next fourteen months. And we want to cover as many bases as possible.

So, not only will we do more shorts like “Jennifer Lawrence Ridicules Trump”, and more traditional ads like the one in this story. But we’re looking at new and different types of content. Things that have never been used in political campaigns before.
