Trump indictment: waiting for Sept 15 and 20 [1]

In high school we had a “current events” section in our World History class. One assignment was to write a paper about a possible historic current event. If your prediction came true before the end of the semester, you got an automatic A on the paper. Only one of us was smart enough to write about a conflict in the Middle East (it was the early 80s). He got the A.

So, what events are likely now?

The Marmalade Menace has been warned (www.washingtonpost.com/...)

that he must not violate federal or state law while awaiting trial and that he must not communicate with anyone known to be a witness, except through counsel or in the presence of counsel.

We know he is a serial tax cheat. Federal quarterly taxes are due on September 15th. NY state quarterly taxes are due on September 20th. How soon after will these filings be checked? How soon can he be remanded into custody (assuming he makes it that far)?
