Recently I was stopped by LAPD. My left rear tail light was out. The infraction was a technicality and easily fixed. I was given a $10 ticket and told to show proof of repair to CA Highway Patrol and the fine would go away.

A drunk driver went through a red light at an intersection and killed four people. Although inebriated, she was charged with murder.

Trump’s actions on January 6 resulted in the deaths of six people, including four police who committed suicide and one who died from a stroke after being sprayed with chemical.

His actions were not a technical violation of the Constitution, but an attempted coup, an assault on our democratic republic on that day and the months leading up to it. It is the very definition of a High Crime. He should be punished accordingly.
