No Jail For Trump [1]

Trump is not going to jail. Even if he is found guilty of everything, he will not spend a single minute in jail. Disagree? Well, get out of fantasy land and come back to reality. The unfortunate fact is that Trump possesses the three most important things to our judicial system.

Trump is white Trump is male Trump is rich

That’s it. If you walk into an American court room with those three things, there is a 99% chance that you are not going to jail. Walk in with one out of three, there’s a 33.33% chance you are not going to jail, with two of them, there’s a 66.66% chance you are not going to jail, have all three, you might, possibly, imaginably be inconvenienced by having to show up to court for a quick appearance, but you are not going to jail.

In America, rich white men do not go to prison unless they are found guilty of something that is so reprehensible that it cannot be defended (think Jeffrey Epstein). Rich white men have destroyed our economy, crashed the financial systems, wiped out billions or trillions of dollars of average American’s money and not one went to jail for it. Rich white men lie to start wars, wars that kill hundreds of thousands of people, kill American troops, wound and maim our sons and daughters, destroy other countries and not one went to jail for it. Rich white men continue decimate our planet, polluting with reckless abandon, making water undrinkable, making air unbreathable, making Earth uninhabitable and not one has gone to jail for it. Rich white men have and continue to commit genocide and not one has gone to jail for it. You think Trump is going to jail because of an insurrection? Come on.

The expectations that Trump is going to go to jail for anything are expectations that are way too high. Trump will go to trial for January 6th, he will be found guilty and there will be a plea deal. The plea deal will be that Trump does not go to jail, all the other trials and charges against Trump, including Georgia, are dropped and in exchange Trump will be barred from holding any public office, including the presidency. That’s it. That will be the outcome. Trump will then pick a puppet to run in his place, but that’s a whole different discussion.

Remember, rich white men don’t pay taxes and rich white men don’t go to jail. That’s the American way.
