I’m not a journalist and have no experience with writing so don’t expect any Pulitzer Prizes out of this diary. I’m not sure of all the rules to citing other sources and it is not my intent to plagiarize so if I’ve done anything wrong, let me know and I will change or delete the diary.

I found this article and thought it was an interesting companion to the Good News Tokmak diary posted earlier. If I am reading this correctly, the 82nd was one of the reserve units being held back for a potential breakthrough in the frontlines and seeing them enter the battle is a good sign that things are about to pick up. They are equiped with Challenger 2 tanks, German Marder IFV’s, and US Stryker APC’s. Here’s hoping we see this unit running amok in the Russian backfield soon!
