Ok...this is a bit silly I admit, because I’m not normally a gambler...if you don’t count the slots, scratch-offs, lotteries… but I digress.

19 defendants is an AWFUL lot of criminality. If all of them make it to trial we may be in for a long slog. The convential wisdom is that many of them will plea bargain/plead guilty/turn state’s evidence by time the trial begins...but how many? Inquiring minds...or at least mine...really do want to know…

My guess is that slightly more than half, or 10, will play Let’s Make a Deal before then. With that in mind, I’ve started a little poll below with a simple question: how many of the 19 do you think will plead out/plead guilty? Less than 10 (under) , 10, or more than 10 (over)?

Sorry...no prize offered (I run a low budget operation...). Have at it.
