14th Amendment? What. Are. We. Waiting. For? [1]

I’m not a lawyer, but I’m not an idiot either. I always tested around the 98th to 99th percentile. And I’m definitely a US Citizen.

WHY HASN’T ANYONE FILED A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST TRUMP FOR VIOLATING THE 14TH AMENDMENT?

If “the Left” is filled with the smarter, more proactive, more patriotic people, where are our great legal minds filing a suit? And not just a suit, filing 51+ suits in every state and jurisdiction in the Land? What. Are. We. Waiting. For?

Every US citizen should have standing in this case—certainly every Biden-Harris voter. What. Are. We. Waiting. For?

If “the powers that be” don’t want it to look partisan, then partner with some on the Right. Cheney, Kinzinger, Luttig…. What. Are. We. Waiting. For?

Where is the ACLU, or another progressive legal group? What. Are. We. Waiting. For?

And if this is some “strategy” to let Trump be the Republican nominee, to “trick” the Rs into nominating him and THEN disqualifying him, this is a very dangerous gamble that ignores public perception, and certainly ignores how RWingers consume news and form opinions. the longer Trump is the frontrunner, the more they will demand he is on the ballot. The 14th Amendment needs to be invoked now, not later, and each day we wait our situation worsens.

What. Are. We. Waiting. For?
