Good morning, lovely Newdists.

My household has been notified that today we’re to be without electricity because my local power CoOp is carrying out some sort of cooperative operations with Dominion Power and one other power company. Our electricity will be taken off-line on Friday evening and will return somewhere in the afternoon on Saturday. Which precludes my being here to enjoy your warm company when the diary goes live.

Last Saturday, I had a head cold and NyQuill casts a long haze.

Newdists, I hope you are ready to accept Covid and influenza vaccines when they come available? Also, I hope you are masking in crowded spaces. I know of 5 people who have Covid from this new strain.
