Vivek Ramaswamy Isn't Running for President He's Running to get Free Ads. #AnotherConservativeCon [1]

If you’re like me you never even heard of Vivek Ramaswamy prior to this year. I’ve been following politics since I was able to vote many decades ago. So it’s a little baffling that a guy that doesn’t have any government executive experience, doesn’t have any real public policy experience, didn’t started voting until just recently (he claimed he was too busy making money in his younger years) run for the highest office in the Land.

So what does he have? He has money. But most importantly he has a company he just started in 2022, Strive Asset Management “an investment firm that branded itself in opposition to the environmental, social and governance framework used by some firms to make investment decisions, amid a broader pushback against so-called “ESG” from conservatives. The firm, backed by billionaires including Peter Thiel and Bill Ackman, said it was managing more than $230 million in assets after two weeks of trading last August, although Ramaswamy’s compensation is not public.” — Politico

Gee could it be that Vivek is running for president to get attention for himself but more importantly get attention for his nascent investment firm that is primarily focused on “anti-woke” investments?

Vivek is putting $10 million of “his own money” on his own campaign at the same time no one knows how much money he makes at Strive Asset Management. So why would anyone spend $10 million of their own money on a political campaign that is doomed to fail? Gee perhaps it’s cause of the hundreds of millions of free advertisement and online social media presence he will get from being a GOP Conservative Presidential Candidate? Take a look at the amount of free airtime Vivek got from the news outlets in the last week since the GOP first primary debate. It’s already over $10 million dollars in free airtime.

When Vivek is on the air doing his “anti-work” sensational schtick, he’s not talking to the American People trying to convince would be Voters why he’s a Candidate for the President of the United States; nope, he’s on the air doing an info-mercial about “anti-wokism” he’s on the air selling himself. And if you are a rich MAGA with millions to invest and there are millions of them watching this current presidential horse race. You’re going to be sold on Vivek. You might not vote for him but that’s OK, you’ve just learned about what an amazing Anti-Woke Warrior Vivek is — and oh BTW he has an investment firm that agrees with your Anti-Wokeness. By the time that Vivek’s political aspirations dies out in 2024 well before the General Elections, he will get hundreds of millions of dollars of free airtime for himself and then for his nascent investment company. That’s a pretty darn good investment for just $10 million if you ask me.

Honesty, if I can see this — why can’t the mainstream media, political news outlets all the savvy political journalists see this? I don’t think they care, all they care about is sensationalism, political spectacles and most importantly ratings, true journalism and our democracy be damned. Gawd Help us.
