Former President Donald Trump Pleads Not Guilty in Georgia Racketeering Case [1]

Former President Donald Trump has entered a plea of not guilty and opted not to attend the upcoming arraignment for criminal charges related to his alleged involvement in a wide-ranging effort to overturn the 2020 presidential election results in Georgia. Trump and 18 associates were recently indicted on 41 counts by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis. These charges involve accusations of orchestrating a racketeering scheme, including the spread of conspiracy theories and pressuring elected officials, in an attempt to reverse the election outcome. This is the fourth set of criminal charges against Trump, adding to a total of 91 felony counts in various jurisdictions, all of which he denies and continues to claim that the 2020 election was fraudulent.
