I had a 9:20 am appt with a respiratory therapist today. The health navigator apologized profusely when she informed me of it. But I went to the wrong building and then I parked at the wrong end of the right building. By the time we were in the testing office, on the second floor, we were almost back to the wrong end of the building. She kindly let me out a fire exit into the hall when we finished and saved me another long walk back to my car.

Got home and took a 2 hour nap to make up for missed sleep and then took a 2 hour nap because I was still hammered from all that walking.
