Please, Mr. Biden: Be Partisan!!! [1]

I just watched Nicolle Wallace freak out on MSNBC because everyone is afraid of Trump, of Fox News, and of MAGA cultists. She said she wants to ask republicans in Congress what they want to tell their grandkids about standing up to “the shit that’s about to hit the fan” — and yes, she actually said “shit.”

Outside of being scared and freaking out, she has a point. I think it is time for Joe Biden to go full Dark Brandon, and stop stepping lightly. It is time to be completely partisan, because a) Republicans certainly are, b) he has literally nothing to lose, and c) because Democrats are the only sane adults left in the room.

I also think he should direct the FCC to start fining Fox and Newsmax and whoever else spreads outright lies and disinformation, and damn the repercussions — tame these lying bastards or take their broadcast licenses away. Let them sue — by the time it gets to the Supreme Court it won’t matter any more.

Republicans appear to seek the destruction of our Union. They are mad. We cannot allow their madness to continue to be the lens we view this country through — we need to shatter that lens.

Seriously. It is time for Dark Brandon to get busy and stop worrying about the politics, for politics are no longer the game Republicans are playing...
