I don’t know about the rest of y’all, but I’m getting pretty tired of red hats using the term “Biden crime family.” It’s an absolutely ridiculous slur to begin with, and I’m assuming I don’t need to explain why to anybody on this site. But of course the reason it’s MOST ridiculous is that they say this while defending their de facto leader against 91 FREAKIN FELONIES! They say it while ignoring the fact that the entire Trump clan has been barred from running a non-profit. They say it as his real estate “empire” is proven to have used fraudulent practices for decades. They say it as his son-in-law walks away with $2 BILLION from the Saudis.

Of course, everybody on DK knows all this and is equally disgusted by the hypocrisy, projection, whatever you want to call it. We also know that arguing with red hats is usually completely unproductive. Unfortunately, it’s also nearly impossible to fight all of their disinformation. They (like Goebbels) know that simply repeating the lies has an subconscious effect on those who hear them.

But maybe we can do the same with truth. Instead of arming ourselves with logic (to which red hats are obviously impervious), maybe we just repeat a simple (but in this case valid) phrase over and over. Say it with me now . . . “Trump Crime Family.” Rolls right off the tongue, does it not? Say it on Facebook, hashtag it on Xwitter, use it wherever you encounter folks outside of our little DK echo chamber. Cram it down their throats until they hear it in their dreams! Say it three times, and maybe he’ll even disappear . . . Can’t hurt to try.
