What I DIDN'T hear in the first impeachment hearing [1]

Let me know if I missed it.

This is the FIRST EVER impeachment inquiry of a president for conduct while NOT IN OFFICE. Nixon — Watergate while in office. Clinton — lying in a deposition while in office. Trump — phone call corruption and an insurrection while in office. Question for Ms. Oconnor: Donald Trump was found guilty of a decade of fraud in NY, revoking of business licenses and eventually a large fine. Is that corruption worthy of an impeachment inquiry? Professor Turley? Question for Turley: Donald Trump as president did not enact tariffs on Chinese clothing to benefit his daughter’s clothing line in China. Was that influence peddling and corruption? Question for Turley: Donald Trump retained ownership of the DC Trump Hotel. US and foreign governments stayed there to curry favor with the president. Was that influence peddling and corruption? Question for Turley: While working as staff in the White House, Ivanka received a large number of trademarks in China in record time. Was that influence peddling and corruption? Question for Turley: While Donald Trump was in the office, Eric and Donald Jr secured business deals for the Trump Organization. Was that influence peddling and corruption? https://truthout.org/articles/report-trump-made-160-million-in-foreign-business-deals-as-president/ Question for Turley: are the actions of a president prior to assuming office fair game for impeachment, and if so, doesn’t Trump’s prior actions REQUIRE an impeachment on day one in 2025 if Trump wins in 2024?

I watched some of the hearing, but I did not here these simple, basic questions that seem like home runs.
