Lively, fun, and dramatic.

Five For Fighting, at number 77:

Nice ballad.

Finger Eleven, at number 66:

Another nice ballad! Very nice.

Maroon 5, at number 35:

And another very nice love ballad!

Sheryl Crow, at number 28:

I grew up with this version:

Both versions are truly nice. The song holds up well. I like songs like that, songs that get recorded, and reach the charts, more than once.

3 Doors Down, at number 15:

Powerful.

OutKast, at number 8:

They made themselves into The Beatles!

I was 8 years old at that time.

Hoobastank, at number 6:

Another smooth love ballad.

Maroon 5, at number 4:

This song goes from major key to minor key to major key, over and over.

I like that.

Major key, sad minor key, back to major key, over and over.

Powerful.

Usher, at number 1:

Usher seems to be mostly all about dancing, and dance music, like this, for dancing in the “club.”

I have never been dancing in the “club.”
