So much for the Supreme Court bailing out John Eastman- and Thomas recused himself. [1]

Trumpists have been banking on a Supreme Court packed by TFG as their insurance policy for legal troubles. Trumps plan all along has included having the high court bail him out of legal trouble. Apparently they are not down for playing that game without any reservations. This case allows investigators another opportunity to pierce the attorney client privilege that Trump relies upon so heavily. It is interesting to note that Clarence Thomas actually recused himself in this decision not to hear Eastman’s case because his wife Ginni Thomas had been corresponding with Eastman in the weeks prior to Jan 6. Is it possible that Clarence Thomas has actually discovered the concept of “Shame” ???
