Nobody knows why Trump calls Letitia James "Peekaboo," because not a single interviewer has asked him.

Yes, that is true. It is strange that no interviewer has asked Trump why he calls Letitia James "Peekaboo." It is a very unusual nickname, and it is clear that he has some reason for using it.

Some people have speculated that the nickname is racist in nature, while others believe that it is simply a childish insult. It is also possible that Trump is using the nickname to try to discredit James, who is investigating him for alleged financial fraud.
