Wage theft and capitalism [1]

I have recently seen several stories about wage theft and blue collar folks taking the 1% to court and winning in some cases like this one about Domino's in N.Y. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/.... My question is will the fanatical right winger,capitalist, free marketeer, the market will fix everything types , speak out against these abuses because these are systemic these days and if they are not dealt with by the job creators they will bring the whole system down especially if everything is based on you earn what you deserve.

Every entry level position I have ever worked always came with some form of wage theft.It was the main reason why I would leave a job many times.This has gone on my entire working life spanning 35 years.If the free market system fixes these things it sure as hell doesn't do it in a timely manner nor in a way to serve as an example to other 1%ers to not engage in the same practices.There have been cases involving Wal-marts,Mcdonalds,Domino's, Smithfields ect. They still do it because when they are called out about it most times workers just end up quitting the few that try to fight it in court, if they are lucky enough, just get their back wages back nothing more.It seems like in that case the employer is just getting a low interest loan from its workers and thats f$cked up! I think if the 1%ers want to save this free market they need to start enacting laws that not only make it against the law to steal wages through gimmicks and tricks but make it painful for them. In the Domino's case 700 past and present workers split 500.000 dollars. Really? WTF. If they were found to have broke the law than it should be 100 times that amount for such things as pain and suffering ! If corporations are people, and if a person was found to have stolen 500,000 dollars,That person would have received prison time plus made restitution. The elite can't have both ways in this country.Either we are a free market where we are paid what we earn and are worth or we aren't and in that case we need to get serious about fixing and expanding the social safety net.Its one or the other.
