The MAGA promotion of their need for a "strong man" rule is basically just another way of saying what all we average, common, weak, people need is a top predator to keep us all in line with our nose to the grindstone. If some are too weak, young, old or otherwise fragile and get ground into and blown away as chaff then that is just the survival of the fittest working to the betterment of mankind.

"Steve Bannon said in March, 2017 that Trump’s goal was the 'deconstruction of the administrative state.' (government regulations on environment, big business and rich exploitive scammers, and other safety regulations) and non partisan government employees that run the system as it presently exists.

MAGA Trumpublicans insist this is some Deep State conspiracy that must be destroyed and replaced with Trump loyalists who will follow his 'strong man' rule wherever they may lead us. Ultimately destroying the systems of checks-and-balances built into every modern democracy. The very same legislative, judicial, and administrative systems — that Putin in Russia and Orbán in Hungary corrupted and then seized and destroyed to take control. MAGA should try living in their systems and they will soon miss the freedoms we enjoy in this already great country.

Have autocrats ever actually created working systems in which ‘we the people’ can thrive? History has taught us differently. MAGA will insist that those history books need to be rewritten. To support the glowing outcome they fantasize Trump will return to them, when he makes America great again; so they can rule over everyone not part of their cult. But that's the same pie in the sky Hitler promised to bring about by eliminating the "poisoning" of the racial purity:

Bullshit! This country became the world leader it is thru the mixing of many immigrants into the "melting pot" that made America great. It's already great, and cultivating the hate of anyone different from ourselves is how populist demagogues rise to power. Having a populist, demagogue, autocrat, in power will just further divide us; NEVER FORGET "united we stand divided we fall."

A practical example is just how much the cost of produce has risen without the cheap labor of legal and illegal immigrants who come here hoping to find work just to sustain themselves. Xenophobic adherents like to complain that these poor immigrants are taking jobs from Americans, when in fact US farmers complain that they can no longer find workers to do such backbreaking labor. US workers are always looking to climb up to the next rung to a more cushy job, whereas illegals and legal immigrants are glad to take any job just to survive. On new Fla. immigration law, S.
