After the break, we move to the Chef’s Table where Russia was defeated in its bid to regain a seat on the UN’s top human rights body; and, Finland charged that damage to an undersea gas pipeline and telecommunications cable connecting Finland and Estonia appears to have been caused by “external activity.”
