Then, on the rest of the menu, a Colorado judge has rejected an attempt by Trump to dismiss a lawsuit that seeks to keep him off the state ballot; a Florida college reported it has seen "27 percent of its student body drop out" since Ron Desantis' recent takeover; and, a Mississippi city was sued for failing to properly inform property owners in a majority-Black neighborhood that their homes could be targeted for eminent domain under a redevelopment plan.

After the break, we move to the Chef’s Table where French prosecutors are investigating the suspected poisoning of a Russian journalist who fled after denouncing the war in Ukraine on live TV; and, the European Union made a formal, legally binding request for information from Elon Musk’s social media platform over its handling of hate speech, misinformation and violent terrorist content related to the Israel-Hamas war.
