by the time this KTK post...the first open house should be completed...may even get a report on the activity from our agent.

took a lot of work to get to this point...now just need to find a buyer.

our day was spent preparing grandma’s condo to go on the market...sometime within the next two weeks is the plan...we will be back here tomorrow as day two of open house is happening.

if anybody is interested in a 1910 Singer (ser. # G121059) just let me know...grandma assumed it was worth $10...LOL...it is worth a bit more than that...but if we can find a good home...
