hi venthoolipals, how was your weekend?

Mine was low-key, mostly puttered around the apartment. I took a day off work today, gave a friend a ride to and from a local hospital for a "procedure", had a nap and a walk in Golden Gate Park, now waiting on the sidewalk for DD and her boyfriend to come downstairs so we can go to dinner. We are celebrating his new job. He loves to cook and he just got a job at a fancy restaurant with a lot of buzz, in the Presidio. His mom is coming to visit from Southern California and we will go to eat there next weekend.
