At least 500 casualties after Gaza hospital strike, says health ministry Gaza’s health ministry said the Israeli airstrike on Al-Ahli Arabi Baptist hospital in the centre of Gaza City has resulted in at least 500 casualties. The Hamas-run ministry said at least 500 people have been killed in an explosion that it says was caused by an Israeli airstrike. The hospital was struck without any prior warning, Al Jazeera reported.

KHAN YOUNIS, Gaza Strip (AP) — The Gaza Health Ministry said an Israeli airstrike Tuesday hit a Gaza City hospital packed with wounded and other Palestinians seeking shelter, killing hundreds. If confirmed, the attack would be by far the deadliest Israeli airstrike in five wars fought since 2008.

Pictures coming out of the Gazan Hospital are a horror show, fire, bodies, blood, and covering medical blankets are all over.
