Is Palm Beach County Owed Millions in Back Taxes from Trump? [1]

I am watching the NY fraud case against Trump carefully. He keeps saying over and over in every press conference that Mar a Lago is worth billions not $18 million. However, the value of the property is coming from the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser. It is my understanding that the property was originally valued at around $30 million (years ago) and Trump fought this value. He said it was only worth $18 million because of all the easements. The property was then revalued at the $18 million and he was taxed according to the $18 million.

Since he is screaming daily that it is worth billions, shouldn’t that mean that he should be paying taxes on those billions? He clearly is not. Does he owe Palm Beach County for back taxes?
