what's with kos coverage of the war in gaza? [1]

i have noticed an odd thing about recent daily kos coverage of the situation in gaza. you haven’t written any. there’s a bit of stuff from AP, and articles from the community, but zippo from daily kos staff. is it just me, or has anyone else seen the same? i know you’ve suffered staff cuts (resulting in more AP, etc), but ...

i also note a strange situation over at the huffpost circus. they have published numerous stories about the war, what’s happening in the u.s. and abroad, etc.

BUT THEY’RE NOT ALLOWING COMMENTS

i can offer my two cents about alex murdaugh’s appeal, about how paul always hated yoko, about jim jordan’s repeated attempts to take over, or britney’s abortion while she was dating justin timberlake. but no comment buttons on stories that have anything at all to do with the war—not what our president and congressthings are saying, protest activity in the us and abroad or direct reporting about the unfolding of this horrendous escalation of the hot war in gaza.

perhaps i’ll hear from y’all that i’m just way off base, perhaps not.
