"Good Luck Ms. Powell" [1]

So I just reviewed the guilty plea of Ms. Sidney Powell. Some observations:

1. After all that “do you understand” language, good luck trying to backtrack anything you just did.

2. She had to take a video statement as part of the deal, they don’t say what was in it but I’m guessing she is confessing to all the big stuff that got her probation and might be useful to Jack Smith as well, on tape. Therefore she can’t take it back and other prosecutors can use it at will to plead whatever cases they are making. Basically they made sure they had her confessing on tape before even requiring her to testify against her co-conspirators. Taking no chances, brilliant if true.

3. Powell is a casualty of justice. What I mean by that is she is basically going to go free after totally f*cking over hundreds of millions of people who believe in democracy with her bullshit. When asked about her age she made a joke as if revealing THAT was of some consequence relative to her trying to destroy the free world. What a degenerate, narcissistic piece of shit. And if Trump actually made her special council? Would she be joking then about her age? Or putting innocent people in jail just because she could in furtherance of the Big Lie? We need to realize in these prosecutions how close we were to losing it all, and act accordingly.

I am not questioning the Georgia DA, I don’t know the details or what Powell gave up, I just hope it justifies this casualty of justice. I also have tons of respect for the judge who has so far seemed entirely professional, I can only hope his last words of, “good luck Ms. Powell” held a hint of sarcasm. Or maybe not, maybe he was sincere*, skip to the end of the clip linked above and let me know what you think.

*Sincere, in the way of empathy, as in, you are totally fucked after this, good luck.
