Turnover The Hamas Criminal Leadership To Israel? [1]

It seems to me, if the people of Gaza dont want an Israeli incursion, there is an easy to avoid it. Simply turnover the criminal leadership of Hama to Israel!

If those who lead the attack on Israel were to have the best interests of their people, they would turn themselves into Israeli authorities and end the siege.

If they really cared about those they clam to lead and care about, this would be the simple answer. If they dont want to goto Israel, then make it happen with an agreed neutral country.
