The more I read Twitter (or X as it’s now called), the more I read polls and “think” pieces by political commentators, and the more I read about young voters threatening to either not vote or vote third party because of Biden’s actions re: the Israel conflict, the more disheartened I feel.

Then again, these feelings have existed ever since before TFG announced he would be running for POTUS again, and since there’s been all this noise about “No Labels” and other candidates potentially screwing up Biden’s re-election chances.

All of the above mentioned factors, as well as the frightening “Project 2025” and “Agenda 47” governmental plans if that bastard or someone else in the GQP wins next year, has literally filled me with dread, anxiety, and endless catastrophic thinking.

I feel like if we lose next year, it literally will be the end of the world, and all of this is weighing too heavily on my mind. I need relief. Does anyone here have any suggestions on how to deal with all of this and to keep calm amidst this crisis?
