If @JoeBiden Loses #Michigan Over #Gaza & #Yemen, Don’t Blame @CornelWest! [1]

As a non Arab-American, and also as a non Muslim-American, who is also not now and has never been a resident of the great state of #Michigan, I have some Important Information about #Michigan that I would like to Jewsplain to my fellow Democrats. (I emphasize that #Michigan is “great” because where I went to college, students wore t-shirts emblazoned with hateful, anti-#Michigan slogans. Such as: “Wish again, Michigan!” And others you couldn’t print in a family newspaper. Of course, I unequivocally condemn all such hateful anti-#Michigan rhetoric, even if, in its historical context, some people might see it as justified. I-L-L ! I-N-I !)

Here’s the Important Information about #Michigan I would like to Jewsplain to my fellow Democrats. There’s a WHOLE LOTTA Arab-American and Muslim-American potential Democratic voters in #Michigan. “Milyaaaan,” as they say in Palestinian Colloquial Arabic. (Not “milyan.” You have to draw out the vowel, to emphasize the fact that you're talking about a WHOLE LOTTA people. The longer the vowel, the more people there are.)

And these milyaaaan Arab-American and Muslim-American potential Democratic voters in #Michigan don’t hafta vote for @JoeBiden if they don’t wanna. They could vote for @CornelWest. They could leave that part of the ballot blank. They could write in Mickey ibn Mouse, or the famous Arab-British playwright Wali im Sheikh i-Sbeer. They could stay home and watch Marcel Khalifeh videos and drink Arak. (Well, if they’re Christians, they could drink Arak. I didn’t mean to suggest that I’ve ever sat across a table from any Muslims drinking Arak. At least, not very often.)

Then there’s the question of people knocking on doors and making phone calls. Or not. Who is @JoeBiden gonna get to do that, in the areas in #Michigan where the milyaaaan Arab-American and Muslim-American potential Democratic voters live? Is @JoeBiden gonna turn out the vote there solely with TV ads paid for with Haim Saban’s gold bars? How has that worked out in the past? @JoeBiden needs GOTV “ground troops” in #Michigan to turn out the vote. If @JoeBiden “green-lights” King Bibi’s ground troops to invade #Gaza, @JoeBiden can kiss his Arab-American and Muslim-American GOTV “ground troops” in #Michigan goodbye. They will tell @JoeBiden to ishrab mayyit il-bahar. Go drink the water of the sea!

I was watching Anderson Cooper on CNN last night. (Apparently, I’m a card-carrying masochist.) He had some retired or semi-retired U.S. military macher on as a “military analyst.” I don’t remember the U.S. military macher’s name. As Morpheus said to Agent Smith: “You people all look the same to me.” #WarCriminalsSoWhite. Anderson Cooper asked the “semi-retired” U.S. military macher, what’s gonna happen if there’s a ground invasion? And the “semi-retired” U.S. military macher was like: well, ya know, a whole lotta civilians are going to get killed. To illustrate his point, he said that in 1945, U.S. troops were attacking some city in the Philippines and they killed 100,000 civilians. And it was what it was. How the “semi-retired” U.S. military macher said this: matter-of-fact, no emotion, flat affect, no empathy. Kappish? You get the point? Sometimes, a war criminal’s gotta do what a war criminal’s gotta do. “Committing war crimes: the toughest job you’ll ever love.” #WarCriminalsSoWhite. It’s not wildly implausible that the Biden Administration would help King Bibi kill 100,000 civilians in Gaza if nobody stops them. The same people - @JoeBiden, Jake Sullivan, and Tony Blinken - were in charge in the Obama Administration when the Obama Administration helped Saudi Arabia kill hundreds of thousands of civilians in Yemen, without any authorization from Congress, as required by Article I of the Constitution and the War Powers Resolution of 1973.

A lot of the milyaaan Arab-American and Muslim-American potential Democratic voters in #Michigan have relatives in the Middle East. @JoeBiden is pushing these people very hard with what they’re watching on TV. At some point, @JoeBiden is pushing them too far and no “lesser evil” argument will bring them back. Napoleon famously said: “An army marches on its stomach.” He was talking about the question of morale. @JoeBiden is demoralizing Arab-American and Muslim-American potential Democratic voters and GOTV workers with what they’re watching on TV. Some may be asking themselves: “What’s the point of participating in the Democratic Party if we can’t even stop the U.S. government from participating in the mass slaughter of Arab and Muslim civilians on international TV?”
