Then, on the rest of the menu, a Montana man was sentenced to eighteen months in federal prison for repeated racist phone calls made to a church; the Justice Department has issued subpoenas after expanding its investigations into Tesla beyond the electric vehicle maker’s partially automated driving systems; and, North Dakota’s Republican-dominated legislature began a special session to fix the budget invalidated as unconstitutional by the Republican-dominated state Supreme Court.

After the break, we move to the Chef’s Table where a prominent German leftist is set to launch a new party that could eat into the far-right’s support; and, Orbán blasted the European Union on the anniversary of Hungary’s 1956 anti-Soviet uprising, as being just like the Soviets.
