Can We Trust Biden and Harris to be Safe/Protected? [1]

So Mike Johnson, apparently one of the MAGA wackos was made Speaker. Bad. Absolutely bad, though right now my main concern is this: With one of those radical lunatics in the seat, can we trust the Secret Service and other related forces to keep them safe as to prevent a second coup by taking them out of the picture, thus putting Johnson in as president by line of succession?



By trust, I mean can we both trust them morally as well as in competence? Will Biden and Harris up security with Johnson and MAGA as a factor? I don’t know what the heck any of that looks like nor do I want to because, well, Secret Service. I guess this is a general question I hope some of the voices of reason I’ve seen on Kos can answer. I thought I saw my fears likened to a B-plot action thriller by one of those voices of reason on here and I hope they’re right.



As an addition, I do realize things such as aid for Ukraine, the budget, and many more subjects are a factor but the topics of this diary are my immediate concerns because… Well, we here on Kos and many in America definitely don’t want MAGA to pull off a successful coup.
