After the break, we move to the Chef’s Table where the World Bank approved a one billion dollar loan to help blackout-hit South Africa’s energy sector; and, Slovakia’s president is ready to swear in a new Cabinet after a coalition partner agreed to replace a climate change-denying ministry nominee.
