Supreme Court will soon entertain a case involving Florida and Texas state laws that have the potential to change the landscape of the internet as we know it, or even end certain social media sites by allowing them to be swamped with frivolous. N law suits that will lead them to financial ruin. Now while I myself despise the media that floods some of my social media, I do not think they should be ended all together, and I do believe that they should have the right to limit hate speech and other harmful forms of media on their platforms. The Supreme Court however may soon be faced with a decision that could end social media platform’s abilities to protect their users.
