Happy Halloween!

Of course, it’s only the morning, now So nobody’s in costume yet. Oh, well, maybe the school kids dressed up for the day.

Do the kids still do that? When my kids were in grad school, the kids would dress up for the day, but no masks were allowed. Which sounds a little ridiculous now. Doesn’t it?

Anyway, today’s the last stop before November. And that puts us 18 days from the next shutdown deadline.

Good thing it’s a Tuesday, right? Because that means Joan McCarter comes by and… well, we talk about the next government shutdown.
