VA Kossacks; consider donating Youngkins scam tax rebate to Dems. [1]

Prior to opening the letter I received from the Virginia Department of Finance that I received in the mail yesterday, I thought it was a tax bill for my personal property tax. I was surprised to find that it was a check for a tax rebate. There was a one sentence statement on the detachable part of the check that opens as follows:

You are receiving this rebate because Governor Glenn Youngkin recently signed a bill passed by the 2023 Virginia General Assembly giving taxpayers...

That was all that I needed to see, along with the timing (one week before election day) to recognize what this is; essentially a political effort by Youngkin and the VA Republican party to siphon revenue from the Virginia tax base for political gain.

As a result I donated my tax refund to VADems via secure.actblue.com/… Thank you Gov Youngkin (LOL)

I hope that other Virginians Kossacks do the same.
