Late Night Insomniacs Vent Hole Feliz Día de los Muertos. [1]

SPOILER WARNING: A late night gathering for non serious palaver that does not speak of that night’s show. Posting a spoiler will get you . You don’t want that to happen to you. This Vent Hole (hereafter known as IVH), if lost or stolen will not be replaced nor will the purchase price be refunded. Violation of IVH Rules will result in expulsion without a refund. A copy of IVH Rules can be obtained from one or more members wearing tie dyed oxford shirts after submitting a written request. Admission to certain functions within the IVH may require additional innuendo, so enter at your own risk. Frivolity and silliness are highly recommended for all riders. Flamewars are expressly forbidden. Please consult your counselor, magistrate or religious functionary before usage.

I am confused, November 1 was one of the very few no school days we had in Catholic Schools.Holy Day of Obligation no school, but you had to go to mass! No sleeping in, weekday masses were at 6 and 8 AM! November 2 was All Souls Day, to remember those who died within the church. Not saints, they have to be beatified, preform miracles and finally canonized. Amazing how those things were so easily retrieved from memory, maybe not, since they were drilled into us fifty kids in each class! Think it may have evolved from pagan rites.

I had well over 70 trick or treaters. Ours is a very halloween destination. Long well lit streets, very little traffic. Middle and High Schoolers are encouraged to trick or treat, to stay out of trouble. I had a funny thing happen. I was upstairs putting Junie in my room, and feeding her stinky food so she’d sleep. I heard the doorbell and came down the stairs to see the t or t’ers run off down the stairs laughing. My door was open and I noticed all my lanterns on the steps were out. They had the nerve to come back seeing me outside. I told them no way, and I had really good candy. The best candy on the block! Then I laughed and told them to put the lanterns back and I’d give them some. After they saw my m&m’s Reeses and Snickers, one kid said where’s the really good stuff? Luckily they didn't come back and throw the lanterns through the windows next to my front door!
