Big corporations and the arrogant rich draw out lawsuits and counter sue to exhaust the little guy’s financing, so cases never go to trial and justice is denied. Outfits like Burford Capital come to the rescue with capital to see promising cases to the finish. And make money. Capitalism at its finest.

I’d like to make an investment in countersuits by Media Matters and anyone else being defamed and threatened by Musk and Trump.
