VIDEO: We All Should Both KNOW Trump is Guilty, AND Be Able (as Jurors) to "Presume" His Innocence [1]

Here’s a 7-minute video that argues that there is no contradiction between our knowing — as informed citizens — that Trump is guilty (even “guilty beyond a reasonable doubt) and being able — if we were jurors in a Trump trial — to grant him “the presumption of innocence.”

That presumption — “innocent until proven guilty” — is about the jurors making a determination based solely on what is presented in the process of a trial.

I have no doubt about Trump’s guilt. But I could honestly take an oath saying I will vote to convict only if the prosecution proves its case in court.
