Los Angeles Kossacks, See You Saturday, 12/9, 1:00 p.m. [1]

Helloooo, fellow Kossacks! Oh, how glad I am to be a part of this community of like-minded sane folk! Will we have something to say about the Squeaker Speaker blurring faces of citizens in the U.S. Capitol building on January 6th 2021 so that they cannot be arrested by law enforcement for their illegal activity? Or COP 28 being used as a brokerage for oil deals? Or a myriad of other disconcerting developments in our Democratic Republic? I think we will when we meet.

I had hoped to include a few of my local lefty pals but they will be attending the Christmas party for our most liberal Democratic club. They will join us the next time we gather; probably in the spring. For now, it appears that we will be joined by Shockwave, jakedog42, Zack from the SFV, susans, gmats, with likely attendees RL Miller, MLKaplan, and Joe Bacon (if he’s well enough).

We will be collecting at Saladang Garden in Pasadena, December 9th at 1:00 p.m. At the moment, we have indoor seating which is harder to manage — if the weather is wonderful we can sit outside. If you have contagion concerns, even the indoor seating is open and airy with extremely high ceilings so we should be good. Free parking at the side and rear of building. Walking distance from Del Mar Metro station. Please bring company if you’d like, we love meeting allies.

AND, I neglected to mention in the previous post that if you have financial concerns and need a bit of help with the lunch tab, message me or gmats or susans. We know a few of you are industry dependent and strikes were settled just before the holiday hiatus; that won’t spur cash flow now.

I am really looking forward to seeing everyone!
